The wellbeing services county of Kainuu is responsible for organizing social and healthcare services as well as rescue services in the Kainuu region. Our mission is to provide health, safety, and wellbeing in Kainuu. The wellbeing services county of North Savo provides social and health services, rescue services and specialized care in in all 19 municipalities in North Savo region.
