International UAS Exam
The International UAS Exam is a joint digital entrance exam of the Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS), used for selecting students to study programmes leading to a bachelor’s degree and conducted in English. The entrance exam is completed by the applicant’s own computer remotely online.
The International UAS Exam is organised on 23 March 2027 from 12:00 o’clock noon onwards (Finnish time, UTC/GMT+2).
In the International UAS Exam, the applicants’ readiness for UAS studies is assessed. The exam does not include any advance reading materials or pre-assignments.
All applicants of the University of Applied Sciences’ Bachelor’s programmes, including native speakers of English, must demonstrate their English language proficiency. Details on the accepted methods for proving language proficiency are available on this site. Be sure to review the requirements carefully.

SAT test
The SAT test contains following sections:
- Evidence-Based Reading and Writing
- Reading Test
- Writing and Language Test
- Math
The minimum required scores are:
400 from Evidence-based Reading and Writing
400 from Mathematics
SAT designated code for KAMK is 7787.
Only the new version of SAT test (completed after March 2016) is accepted.
SAT test results must be submitted by 29 March 2027.

Certificate-based student selection
Finnish Matriculation Examination, International Baccalaureate (IB) degree, European Baccalaureate (EB) Diploma or Reifeprüfung (RP)/Deutsche Internationale Abitur (DIA) Diploma completed in Finland.
One of the following grades in the Finnish Matriculation Examination, European Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate, or Reifeprüfung/DIA:
- Finnish Matriculation Examination: English advanced syllabus with a minimum grade C
- The whole International Baccalaureate diploma or International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) completed in English
- DP Course Results or IB certificate or IB Final Report completed in English
- International Baccalaureate final examination: English A HL/SL or English B HL/SL with a minimum grade 4
- European Baccalaureate: at least grade 6.00 in L2-level English
- Reifeprüfung/DIA diploma (completed in Finland): at least grade 7 in advanced English
