Starting your studies – Orientation Days

The studies will start with a joint orientation in August. You are expected to attend the orientation week and the courses from the beginning, as we will share a lot of practical information about studying during the orientation week, and your presence will help you to get to know each other, the group and the campus.

For part-time Master’s degree students the studies start with compulsory orientation online.

Arrival and Living in Finland

Before packing your bags and heading to Finland, it is a good idea to get familiar with the country you are going to. It is easier to leave for a foreign country if you know what to expect. Find information on Finland and its culture, habits, the weather etc.

Starting your studies in a new country, surrounded by unfamiliar customs, culture and language, away from friends and your everyday environment might be challenge at the beginning but we here at KAMK offer full support and guidance to all students on every stage of their studies.
